Advice needed on a win

I won a $50 Visa e-card today on the Glad - 100 Ways to Get Glad instant win. However, I couldn't click on the link to verify my win - it wouldn't work. I tried switching browsers and refreshing the page, but it still wasn't a clickable link. I emailed them and explained I'd just won (you can see my name on the main page as "Suzanne C" and I took a screen shot just in case, but I am wondering if I lost out. Hopefully they will get back to me via email and I can verify what they need to know that way. Anyone ever have a problem like this?
 
There should be official rules where you can contact the sponsor. If they get your message they will know that the link is not working properly. I don't see why you wouldn't get your prize. Good luck.
 
I have actually accidentally closed the browser on a win before and never clicked the link. This has happened 2 times so far. I have emailed sponsors and gotten responses each time that I was a verified winner.
 
you should be ok screen shots and email to them should do it for you. unless your dealing with the camel sweepstakes wins we have been screwed so many times on camel we even sent emails with screen shots and still nothing

Try to contact them thru their site CONTACT US, and if that gets no result, try their FB page - FB is awesome because you can post {nicely} to their wall and {usually} get a good resolution - you'll probably have to comment under one of their posts, since most don't allow others to start convos, but give it a try, gl!!!

my experience with this sweeps so far...while NOT involving as big a win....is...won a 3$ coupon....also tried everything to claim it and print it out.....never got it...BUT...my name showed as a recent winner of 3$ coupon....don't know how to screen-shot...so recorded time/date and emailed them....been 4 days no response.....really hope you figure something out cause your prize is worth working for..........................hopefully congrats
 
I had the same issue with that sweep. Won a $1 printable coupon, but it wouldn't let me click to get it. I just gave up. Hopefully since your prize is something they would send to you, it'll come through.
 
Thanks everybody. I was so excited to win, such a nice useful prize, and then felt so awful that I couldn't get very far with it. Hopefully they are understanding and I will try these ideas. Facebook is a great idea too.
