So I had won a coupon to get free Robitussin in the simple acts of relieft instant win game. I got the envelope today. Opened it had a letter saying Congratulations and all that jazz, but no coupon. So I call the 800 number and they had said they will file my complaint and I can call back in 7 - 10 days to see if they will do anything about it. Not that it was a huge prize or anything. but ok. Awesome! :cussing:
 
bummer got mine today letter and coupon that sucks , it should be so easy and not a hassle
 
lol thanks. I almost wasn't going to call or say anything. But I did, it's just funny that it's turning into this big silly deal. oh well. I'm not calling back in 7-10 days. Maybe they will just send another coupon, or not :crazytongue:
 
I bet they'll send you another one. That happened to me once too, and although they never even answered my email, I eventually got a new coupon.
 
Congrats on the win. I bet they will send you a new coupon. :headbang: I think I must be the only person left who plays it every day and just cannot win that one.

Hopefully you get a win mckellyz! I did win the umbrella awhile back and got that, and my "non" coupon :crazytongue:
