A nice book win

I've won just a few small things this year. My luck is getting worst and worse. Yesterday, I did win something I wanted...a book called "Down the Darkest Street." A mystery, of course...I love 'em. I've also won several Snickers bars which are in the freezer until I finish my weight reduction program, three children's books from Childrens Book Review, "Arnold's Green Adventure" by Jennifer Cantelmi and, way back in January, a $25.00 Amazon Gift card from Julie Le Mense, Writerspace. I'm grateful for each and every win as I wind down from SA. Thanks to all the sponsors and SA.

Those dry spells can be discouraging and we all go through them. Hope your luck improves soon, just don't give up!
 
That's a good list, even if your wins are less frequent. Glad you won a book you wanted, and the children's books are great. If I ever win a book again I will post the title :)! I only enter for a handful of books, but they are ones I really want to read. So far, I have really liked all except one book win. For one author I had never read before, I went on to read all of his books. It has been a long time since I won a book (but I don't want to review them for websites if they publish my name).
 
My wins very slim this year, but makes me appreciate the few I do win more. Even a book win or candybar is nice. Congrats on your wins, and wishing both of us something nice real soon.
