In the last few weeks:

A TRIP TO NYC! Thank you thank you thank you SA for your "Expiring Sweepstakes" category! I entered this Wheretraveler.com contest ONE TIME at the last minute (it was a daily) and I won a weekend in NYC. Times Square hotel, CityPASS, etc. SO PUMPED!

$25 to Restaurant.com, 3 x $10 Amazon codes for liking some dental pages on Facebook (one of those first 1,000 people things), and 2 tickets to see the San Antonio Spurs vs. Dallas Mavericks!

Don't be discouraged on daily contests, if you haven't entered every day - it only takes one time! ;)
 
Yeah you are right about that. I once won an unlimited entry sweepstakes from sheknows and I only entered like twice. So never get discouraged and think the odds are against you. Congrats on your win! I have been wondering though? Can you postpone your trip until after they recover from the hurricane? I think about that everytime I enter for a trip to NYC.
 
Kelsea - kinda depends on the sponsor, but I can imagine, with these extenuating circumstances they would do so (or they would pull the contest/postpone it, etc. ya know?). My trip won't be until after March (due to my own scheduling needs) and they seem fine with that. I also felt bad about announcing this, since it is such a time sensitive issue. I plan to donate to local NYC charities when I get there - to pay it forward (and good contest karma) for this awesome win!
