A family who sweeps together

I started sweeping in about 2004 and I after I won some things, my mother and aunt started entering. I guess you could say we have our very own sweepstakes club. Within the last 4 or 5 week we have had some impressive things to celebrate in our little club. My aunt won the Pottery Barn and Benjamin Moore $10,000 gift card & $5000 cash, I won a $3200 upholstered bed from Bassett, and my mother won $15 dollar gift card in the Wendy's instant win. They are in their 80s and they say sweeping has become the hobby that keeps them sane. We are hoping Mom will win a big one soon because, even though she is happy for us, she is wondering when her big one is coming.

That is so cool! Congratulations to you all! My family thinks it is great that I win, but no one has picked up the habit! GLTA - tell your mom to keep on sweeping and the big ones will come! :wave:

My elderly mother and sister also enjoy sweeping, winning, and prizes but my mother doesn't understand how to use a computer and my sister is too "busy", so before I can enter sweeps for myself, I take most of my day entering for each of them (which is better than them not getting entered because then they couldn't win).
