At the conclusion of the Contest Period, the (6) First Prize Winners (defined in Section 5 of these Official Rules), will be judged to determine the Grand Prize Winner, as set forth in Section 5 of these Official Rules. Administrator’s computer is the official clock of the Contest.
2. ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open only to legal residents of one of the (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least (6) years old at the time of entry. Entrants who are between (6) and (12) years of age (a “Minor Child”) must have their parent/legal guardian enter on their behalf. Upon entering his/her birthdate at the Website an e-mail will be sent to any Minor Child’s parent or legal guardian from the Sponsor, as further described in Section 3. The parent/legal guardian must affirm his/her permission for the Minor Child to participate in the Contest by following the instructions in the Sponsor’s e-mail and entering on behalf of the Minor Child. Failure to affirm permission will result in the Minor Child being ineligible to win a prize. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective owners, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, agents (collectively, “Contest Entities”) and each of their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state, and local laws apply. 3. HOW TO ENTER: During an Entry Period, an eligible entrant may visit https://ElmersSlimeGames.com (“Website”) and submit his/her date of birth. If the entrant is a Minor Child, he/she must input his/her parent/legal guardian’s first and last name (no initials) and valid e-mail address. Administrator will send an e-mail requesting the parent or legal guardian’s permission for the Minor Child to enter the Contest. The parent/legal guardian must follow the instructions in the Administrator’s e-mail to indicate his/her permission for the Minor Child to enter the Contest (“Parental Authorization”). If the parent/legal guardian does not provide his/her permission, as directed in the e-mail, the Minor Child will not receive an entry into the Contest and will not be eligible to win.
Upon submitting his/her date of birth, or if a Minor Child, upon completion of the Parental Authorization, the entrant (or, if a Minor Child, his/her parent/legal guardian) must then submit his/her valid e-mail address. The entrant (or, if a Minor Child, his/her parent/legal guardian) must then complete and submit the registration form including, but not limited to: his/her first and complete last name (no initials) (in the event of a Minor Child, the parents first/last names should be entered), valid e-mail address, phone number, street address (no P.O. Boxes will be allowed), city, state, and ZIP Code.
Upon the successful submission of the registration information, or upon returning to the Website on a subsequent day, an entrant (or, if a Minor Child, his/her parent/legal guardian) must follow the on-screen prompts to upload a video of slime being made and a list of the original glue slime ingredients used for the applicable Category. An “Entry” must include the following components: (i) a “Title”, (ii) a video not to exceed 50 MB or 5 minutes in length (“Video”) of the entrant’s Category-relevant original glue slime creation, and (iii) a list of the glue slime ingredients used, not to exceed 500 characters (“Recipe”). Limit one (1) Entry per entrant per Category per day during a specific Category’s Entry Period. A day is defined as starting at 12:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET on a calendar day, except on July 9, 2018, when a day starts at 12:00 PM ET and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET. A unique Entry may only be submitted once. If the same Entry is entered more than once, all subsequent Entries submitted during the Contest Period using that same Entry will be void, and the entrant may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, be disqualified. For clarity, an entrant may submit multiple Entries during the Contest Period, but each Entry must be a unique glue slime ingredient list and Video. If more than one (1) Entry is received from the same person, telephone number and/or e-mail address per Category per day during the applicable Entry Period, the Entries may, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, be disqualified.
Approved Entries will be placed into a publicly viewable gallery on the Website. Submitting an Entry constitutes entrant’s (and if a minor, his/her parent/legal guardian’s) grant to Sponsor and its respective parents and affiliates, and the employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns (collectively, “Grantees”), of a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, post, distribute, publish or create derivative works from and display the Entry in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional, advertising, public relations, trade show and/or marketing purposes, without further compensation, notification or permissions of any kind except where prohibited by law. If requested, entrant (and if a minor, his/her parent/legal guardian) will sign any documentation that may be required for Sponsor or its respective designees to make use of the nonexclusive rights entrant is granting to use the Entry. This license expressly includes a right (but not the obligation) for Sponsor to modify Entries to remove any third party intellectual property. Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, composite, morph, scan, duplicate, or alter the Entry for any purpose which Sponsor deems necessary or desirable, and each Entrant irrevocably waives any and all so-called moral rights they may have therein. Each entrant hereby acknowledges that such entrant does not reserve any rights in or to the Entry. The displaying of an Entry on any website/social media platform does not constitute verification of eligibility or compliance with these Official Rules and all Entries and entrants remain subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion.

Entry Guidelines and Restrictions: Each Entry:
• Must be submitted during an Entry Period;
• In the case of a Minor Child, must have Parental Authorization and the Minor Child’s parent/legal guardian must enter the Contest on behalf of the Minor Child;
• Must include a Title, Recipe, and Video not to exceed 50 MB or 5 minutes, and in one (1) of the following formats: .MOV, .MPEG, .WMV, or .MP4;
• Must be the entrant’s original video;
• Must be created solely by the entrant, and may not be plagiarized, have been previously published or have previously won a prize or award;
• Must be in English, except for commonly understood foreign words;
• Must follow the instructions and comply with these Official Rules;
• Must not have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means;
• Must not include Videos with individuals other than the entrant without prior approval from all participants. Entrant must be able to provide written proof of permission from any identifiable individual upon Sponsor’s request. If any such person is a minor the entrant must be his/her parent/legal guardian;
• Must not disparage Sponsor, Administrator, or any other person or party affiliated with the promotion and administration of this Contest;
• Must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including, but not limited to, privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, including copyright infringement (including, but not limited to logos, trade names, or patented features). Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, blur any item that violates the foregoing and enter the Entry;
• Must not include any third party logos or marks, except the Elmer’s logo/marks, which the Sponsor provides a limited release to entrants for purposes of entering the Contest only. Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, blur any item that violates the foregoing and enter the Entry;
• Must not include personally identifiable information, including but not limited to social media handles, phone numbers or e-mail addresses;
• Must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, lewd, pornographic, obscene, hateful, violent, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous (as determined by Sponsor at Sponsor’s sole discretion);
• Must not contain, facilitate, reference, or use material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, political orientation, citizenship, ancestry, marital status, or age (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
• May include the “Elmer’s” brand name in the Video and/or ingredient list, but must not contain any express or implied commercial endorsement;
• Must not contain, facilitate, reference, or use material that promotes illegal drug use, alcohol abuse, or other illegal activity;
• Must not contain material or statements that promote use of alcohol by minors, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message;
• Must not contain any viruses, spyware, malware, or other malicious components that are designed to harm the functionality of a computer in any way; and
• Must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Entry is created;
• Must not create slime that intentionally looks like, smells like, or is food;
• Must not use add-ins in a recipe that are between ½ inch and 1 ½ inches in diameter, as they pose a choking hazard;
• Must not use any of the below additives in ingredients:
 shaving cream
 liquid starch
 laundry detergents
 borax
 artificial snow/ice
 thermo-chromatic pigment
 Aerosol strings (silly string)
By submitting an Entry, each entrant agrees that his/her Entry conforms to the Entry Guidelines and Restrictions set forth above and that Sponsor and/or Administrator may, at their sole and absolute discretion, disqualify him/her from the Contest if Sponsor/Administrator decides that his/her Entry fails to conform to the such requirements or any other provision of these Official Rules.
Each Entrant further agrees to release and hold harmless Contest Entities from any and all claims that any advertising subsequently produced, presented, and/or prepared by or on behalf of Sponsor violates entrant rights with regard to any Entry. Any Entry that does not comply with these Official Rules or that otherwise contains prohibited or inappropriate content as determined by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, will be disqualified, and if posted on websites and/or social media platforms related to this Contest, removed there from

4. PUBLIC VOTING: All approved Entries will be placed in a viewing gallery on the Website. During a Voting Period, interested individuals (each, a “Voter”) may visit the Website and follow the on-screen instructions to vote for his/her favorite Entry. A Voter may vote up to five (5) times per Category per calendar day. Votes generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. Voting must be completed by the actual person casting the vote. A person may not vote on behalf of another person. Subsequent votes to an Entry during a calendar day by a single Voter will be disqualified. Votes intended to improperly impact the integrity of the voting process, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, are void. Payment or other consideration in exchange for votes is prohibited. Voters will not have any opportunity to win any prizes in this Contest.
5. JUDGING AND WINNER SELECTION: During each Judging Period the five (5) Entries with the most votes received during the applicable Category’s Voting Period will be judged by a panel of qualified judges (“Judges”) to determine one (1) potential “First Prize Winner”, one (1) potential “Second Prize Winner”, and one (1) potential “Third Prize Winner”. The Judges will score each Entry according to the following weighted judging criteria (collectively, “Judging Criteria”): (1) Creativity of Entry (how original is the Entry) – 33.34%; (2) Execution of the Entry to the Category theme (how the Entry fits into the Category entered) – 33.33%; and (3) Public Appeal (as determined by the results of the Voting Phase) – 33.33%. The entrant whose Entry receives the highest score from the Judges in a Category will be deemed the potential First Prize Winner, the entrant whose Entry receives the second-highest score from the Judges in a Category will be deemed the potential Second Prize Winner, and the entrant whose Entry receives the third-highest score from the Judges in a Category will be deemed the potential Third Prize Winner. In the event of a tie, the tied Entries will be reviewed by the Judges and the Entry with the highest score in “Execution of the Entry to the Category” theme will be named the potential winner for that Category prize level. Each potential winner will be notified on or about one business day after the conclusion of the specific Judging Period.
Once all six (6) Category First Prize Winners have been confirmed as set forth in Section 7 of these Official Rules, a new panel of Judges will judge the six (6) First Prize-winning Entries using the same Judging Criteria to determine the one (1) potential “Grand Prize Winner”. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified on or about October 15, 2018.
All winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Decisions of the Judges, Sponsor, and Administrator are final and binding.

Grand Prize (1 for the Contest Period): The Grand Prize Winner will receive a “Grand Prize” package consisting of: a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner in the amount of USD $3,000, a year’s supply of Elmer’s Clear Liquid Glue (5-fl. oz.), a year’s supply of Elmer’s Liquid Glitter Glue (6-fl. oz., color determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), an 18” photo/video fluorescent light with 6’ light stand, a universal 3 in 1 cell phone camera lens kit with universal clip, and a lapel microphone. Additionally, the Grand Prize Winner will have the opportunity to collaborate and film with social media influencer Nichole Jacklyne (subject to availability). The ARV of the Grand Prize is $3,354.40. Collaboration with Nichole Jacklyne has not value, and Grand Prize Winner will not receive any compensation for his/her involvement, aside from the Grand Prize as set forth above.
Nichole Jacklyne will travel to Grand Prize Winner’s residence for filming on a mutually-agreed upon date within four (4) weeks of Grand Prize Winner verification. Grand Prize Winner will not have final approval of video or the opportunity to consult during the video editing process.
B. First Prize (1 per Category, 6 total for the Contest Period): Each First Prize Winner will receive a “First Prize” package consisting of: a check made payable to the First Prize Winner in the amount of USD $1,000, a 126 GB Wi-Fi tablet, 30 bottles Elmer's Clear Liquid Glue (5-fl. oz.), 30 bottles Elmer's Glue Slime Magical Liquid Activator Solution (8.75 fl. oz.), 30 bottles Elmer’s Liquid Glitter Glue (6-fl. oz., color determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), a year’s supply of Elmer’s Glow In The Dark Glue (52 5-fl. oz. bottles, color determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). The ARV of each First Prize is $2,187.58.
C. Second Prize (1 per Category, 6 total for the Contest Period): Each Second Prize Winner will receive a “Second Prize” package consisting of: 30 bottles Elmer's Clear Liquid Glue (5-fl. oz.), 30 bottles Elmer's Glue Slime Magical Liquid Activator Solution (8.75 fl. oz.), 30 bottles Elmer’s Liquid Glitter Glue (6-fl. oz., color determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), and a year’s supply of Elmer’s Glow In The Dark Glue (52 5-fl. oz. bottles, color determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). The ARV of each Second Prize is $787.58.
D. Third Prize (1 per Category, 6 total for the Contest Period): Each Third Prize Winner will receive a year’s supply of Elmer’s Glow In The Dark Glue (52 5-fl. oz. bottles, color determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (“Third Prize”). The ARV of each Third Prize is $436.28.
E. Total ARV: The total ARV of all prizes available in the Contest is: $23,769.04.
F. General Conditions: In no event will more prizes than stated in these Official Rues be awarded. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: After each Voting Period, Administrator will notify the potential winners via e-mail at the e-mail address provided at the time of registration. Before being declared a Grand Prize Winner or First Prize Winner, each potential winner (or, if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent/legal guardian) will be required to sign and execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release and tax acknowledgment (“Affidavit”). Each potential winner must return a fully executed and notarized Affidavit to the Sponsor or its authorized designee within five (5) calendar days from the date it is postmarked as being sent to the potential winner or the prize may (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) be forfeited. If any potential winner is disqualified, found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept a prize, or in the event that the potential Grand Prize Winner or First Prize Winner fails to return an executed and notarized Affidavit within the five (5) calendar day deadline, the prize may be forfeited. If a prize is forfeited, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, determined as the Entry that received next-highest score from the Judges from among all remaining eligible Entries for the applicable Entry Period, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If, after a good-faith attempt, Sponsor is unable to award or deliver a prize, the prize may not be re-awarded. Sponsor will mail each prize to the winner at the mailing address provided at the time of registration within 6 to 8 weeks from verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Each prize will only be awarded to a verified winner.
Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winners as set forth above, but Sponsor is not responsible for any undelivered e-mails, including without limitation e-mails that are not received because of a winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Contest e-mail, including any winner notification e-mail, to a spam or junk folder. Prizes are non-transferable and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of the prize or force majeure, at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Contest Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the prize for any reason, or unavailability of Nichole Jacklyne.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Contest, entrants agree that the Contest Entities and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers and each their respective officers, directors, stockholders, employees, representatives, designees and agents (“Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, postage due or undeliverable e-mail/text notifications or postal mail; (ii) any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; (iii) garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/network accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; (iv) any technical, mechanical, printing or typographical or other error; (v) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; (vi) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Contest; (vii) any injury or damage, whether personal or property, to entrants or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Contest and/or accepting a prize; and (viii) entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules. Further, the Contest Entities are not responsible for any unanswered or undeliverable winner notifications.
By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules, including entry requirements; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (iii) to waive all of his/her rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with the Contest; and (iv) to forever and irrevocably agree to release and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the Contest, including, but not limited to, any Contest-related activity or element thereof, and the entrant’s entries, participation or inability to participate in the Contest; (b) the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights; (c) acceptance, attendance at, receipt, travel related to, participation in, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the use of a prize (or any component thereof); (d) any change in the prizing (or any components thereof); (e) human error; (f) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties; (g) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed prizing (or any element thereof); or (h) the negligence or willful misconduct by entrant. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and/or proceed with the Contest, including the selection of winners in a manner it deems fair and reasonable, including the selection of winners from among eligible Entries received prior to such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension. In no event will more prizes be awarded than are stated in these Official Rules. In the event that, due to technical, typographical, mechanical, administrative, printing, production, computer or other errors, there are more winners than are stated in these Official Rules, a random drawing among the claimants will be held to determine the winner.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS CONTEST, INCLUDING THE PRIZES, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. DISPUTES: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN THE FULTON COUNTY, GEORGIA. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“AAA RULES”). THE AAA RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN GEORGIA. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE CONDUCTED IN FULTON COUNTY, GEORGIA. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ANY ENTRANT AND/OR CONTEST ENTITIES AND/OR ANY OTHER PARTY SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. ANY DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE END OF THE CONTEST PERIOD, OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.

11. PUBLICITY RIGHTS: By participating in this Contest, each entrant (or, if a minor, his/her parent/legal guardian) agrees to allow the Sponsor and Sponsor’s designee the perpetual right to use his/her name, address (city and state), biographical information, likeness, picture and other information and content provided in connection with the Contest for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes in all media worldwide including, but not limited to, on television and the Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
12. GENERAL: Any attempted form of participation in this Contest other than as described herein is void. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any entrant found or suspected, in their sole and absolute discretion, to be tampering with the operation of the Contest; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of this Contest. Any attempted form of participation in this Contest other than as in

these Official Rules is void. If it is discovered that a person has registered or attempted to register more than once using multiple phone numbers, e-mail addresses, residential addresses, multiple identities, IP addresses, use of proxy servers, or like methods, all of that person’s entries will be declared null and void and that person will not be awarded any prize that he/she might have been entitled to receive. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party or like methods to participate in the Contest will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same. Entrants and/or potential winners may be required to provide proof of identification and eligibility as required by Sponsor or Administrator In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted on the registration form associated with such entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Each entrant may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If any provision of these Official Rules or any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or other portion thereof should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Official Rules valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the prize documents will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. No entrant shall have the right to modify or amend these Official Rules. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. All entries and/or materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of any conflict with any Contest details contained in these Official Rules and Contest details contained in any promotional materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media), the details of the Contest as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.
13. WINNERS LIST: For a list of winners, interested individuals should mail a self-addressed stamped business envelope to: Winners List, Elmer’s Glue Slime Contest, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325. Winner List requests must be received no later than November 29, 2018.
