$7,500 Little Hugs winner??

I saw this as I was logging back on and when it refreshed it was gone..from everywhere..was this not a win for this person or what happened to the post??

In the (to be notorized) form, I can choose between A) the aforementioned 750 dollar gift card, or B) the bonus game which you pick one of 75 barrels and one has $75,000, while the other 74 each have $7,500. If I choose B, I have to forfeit the $750 gift card. Am I missing something? Why on earth would anyone not forfeit the gift card for the (what appears to be) easy chance at $7,500 (to be awarded as a check). I could use a little help.
