Hadn't received my gift card in allotted time, so I called to inquire. Apparently the link wasn't included in the initial email, so they sent another email. Still no link. Had to call again and was verbally told what the VISA number was. Interesting, but glad to have an extra $500. If you won, too, you might want to do the same.
