$50 Wells Fargo Pre-paid Which contest?

My husband received a $50 Wells Fargo Pre-paid in the mail yesterday. He just told me today and the envelope and contents went out with the trash this morning. He said there was nothing in there saying which contest it was from. I keep screen prints of my wins and he doesn't enter that much and doesn't keep copies of anything...drives me crazy. Did anyone else get one? Know which contest this was from?
 
contents meaning he threw away everything but the card....we still have that. I just figured there was something in that envelope that he didn't look at that said which sweep it was from. thanks anyway
