PROMOTION PERIOD:
The VSP EnVision Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on March 13, 2018 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on April 9, 2018 (the “Promotion Period”). All Entries, as defined below, must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on April 9, 2018. Receipt of Entries will not be confirmed. The Promotion consists of a Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) and an Instant Win (the “Instant Win”). This Promotion is sponsored by Vision Service Plan, Inc. (“Sponsor”), and administered by Brandmovers, Inc. (“Administrator”).
ELIGIBILITY:
The Promotion is open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico and US Territories and Possessions). Entrants, as defined below, must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry (or 19 years of age or older for residents of AL and NE). Employees of the United States Federal Government and officers, directors, and employees of Sponsor or Administrator and their respective immediate families (i.e. parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, stepparents, stepchildren and stepsiblings, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related, to Administrator or Sponsor, and their respective parent and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies and any third party fulfillment agencies (collectively “Promotion Entities”) are not eligible to enter the Promotion or win any Prize, as defined below.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Sweepstakes, entrant (“Entrant”) must visit

If an Entrant is a first time visitor to the Website, then the Entrant will click on “Not Registered” and fill out the official entry form with all required information and agree to the Promotion Official Rules (collectively, “Registration”). Once their Registration is complete, Entrant will receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion.
If Entrant has visited the Website before and previously completed their Registration, then Entrant will need to sign in using their email address they set up during the Registration process. Once signed in, Entrant will automatically receive another Entry into the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion.
A. Additional Sweepstakes Points:
Entrants can earn additional points (“Point” or “Points”) towards the Sweepstakes each month by completing tasks specified after the instant win game. Number of points received towards the Sweepstakes depends on the task. Point values are listed below.

One (1) Point equals one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes.
To enter the Instant Win Game portion of the Promotion:
Once Entrant is registered or logged in, and has entered via Section 4 (1) or (2) above, they will then be able to play the Instant Win portion of the Promotion (“Instant Win Game”). Once Entrant has completed the Instant Win Game, they will continue to the next page to see if they are an Instant Winner. If the message comes up saying: “Awww, Bummer. You didn’t win this time”, Entrant is not a winner of an Instant Win Prize. If the message comes up saying: “Congratulations! You Won!” Entrant is the instant winner of the Instant Win Prize listed on the next page, subject to verification.
If Entrant receives a winning message as set forth above, they will need to complete the “Redemption Form” by providing their street address, city, state, zip code and telephone number and click “Submit.” Upon receipt of the Redemption Form, Administrator will automatically ship the Instant Win Game winner their Instant Win Prize. Allow 8 to 12 weeks for delivery. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator are responsible for lost, late, delayed, misdirected, technical or other failure to receive any submitted Redemption Form.
Alternative Means Of Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may also choose to enter the Sweepstakes by sending an email with the subject line “VSP EnVision Sweepstakes – - March” to
[email protected], with your name, email address, state of residence, and date of birth (“Email Entry” or “Email Entries”). You will receive one (1) entry with the equivalent of 10 Points for each Email Entry. Limit to ten (10) Email Entries (total of 50 Points) per person/email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period provided that the entrant has not received a login Entry/Points for the same day. Email Entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address through which the entry was submitted.
Point, Entry, and Email Entry may hereafter be referred to as “Entry” or “Entries”.
GENERAL ENTRY CONDITIONS:
Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents will void all entries by that Entrant. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an entry, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to participate in the Promotion at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the Entrant and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
