2am shutdown?

Every night at 2 am I get kicked off for about a half hour...so far this has happened 3 nights in a row.I tried to ask on Facebook page but there is no where to leave a comment or ask a question.Is this s server reboot time or something??

Question - it's just SA, right?

Did you try reconnecting to a new server on your end?

Clear all/reboot/reconnect

I know it is my time Midnight (mst) for the maint that last approx 10-15 mins..every night. no fail.

Me ... 1:00 A.M. my time (CST) every night. Just SA for about 10-15 minutes, sometimes up to 30 minutes

I can't ever remember it being for 1/2 an hour. 10-15 minutes maybe. The thing is.....we need to back up the site nightly. This is when we do it so please plan your sweeps entries accordingly.
