Someone correct me if I am wrong: looks like 1 prize pp. Entries roll over to subsequent weeks, so first 50 items on your droplist are your entries each week. I just split up my 50 entries between the prize tiers (see rules).

Yes - rules do say
Non-winning Valid Entries from each a Weekly Entry Period will roll over to the following Weekly Period in that same order.
HOWEVER they also say
Limit: Each entrant may receive only (1) Prize during the Promotion Period
