I read the fine print. If I don't use it within one year, they take a $3.99 annual fee, so I decided to go to Amazon and shop! I bought an item of clothing I wanted and had 6.85 left, so I searched for books, and found one with prime on pruning apple trees. This was a good day! We have an ancient apple tree (that we have no clue how to prune), and we loved those Anna Apples so much, we bought another Anna Apple. They love hot weather, which we have, and delicious!!

We can now know how to prune that apple tree!

I have about 36 cents left on my card, so I shredded it. Bu Bye..... :-)) Color me a winner!!

Congrats, gift cards always come in handy. For future reference if you have anything over $ .15 left on a gift card, you can use it on Amazon to buy an Amazon gift certificate and have it emailed to you. I always do that when I have less than $1.00 left on a gift card.
 
Wow! I didn't know you could buy Gift certificates for so little. I think I could still do it. I registered the card on Amazon, so even though the card is shredded they still have the info.
