Received this in my email today.......have to follow all the directions........but what a wonderful win for me and my family at the beginning of 2010...........I am thrilled..........700.00 Gift Basket plus catered meal in my home for up to 10 people on the day of the Golden Globes.......2010...........YEEE HAWW.......

We are pleased to inform you that your entry in the LOréal Your Golden Moment Sweepstakes sponsored by LOreal USA, Inc. and InStyle Magazine was selected as a potential winner in our recent drawing!
Please see the attached letter and affidavit. We have to say "potential winner" because the Official Rules of the sweepstakes state that before any entrant can finally be determined as the winner and the prize can be awarded, the potential winner must complete, sign and notarize an Affidavit of Eligibility. This is to verify eligibility, confirm that you are in compliance with the Official Rules and confirm your address. Per the Official Rules of the sweepstakes, the affidavit must be returned by you within fourteen (14) days of the above date or no later than Wednesday March 4, 2009.
You must complete the enclosed affidavit and have it notarized (a Notary Public is available at most banks) to claim any prize. If we don't receive your response in time and/or you do not meet the qualifications specified in the affidavit and Official Rules, we'll have to select an alternate winner in keeping with the Official Rules.
