    What do you do when a sweep doesn't pay out?

    I won a Mother's Day Contest on Womanisme.com. It reads in the rules I would receive my giftcard within 4 - 6 weeks. It has been nearly 3 months. I have e-mailed them SEVERAL times and have gotten no response. What can I do?
