I frequently see a message after hitting submit; "We could not verify that you are human. Please refresh the page and try again" . These are on entry forms with no Capcha or the like .. Does anyone else experience this? Any remedies?

Every cap code (I've tried dozens) over the past 3 weeks comes up with the "Ooops, we can;t read that ...... try again" message. I hve been quite carefully entering these codes but always the same results. Any similar problems?
