It could be a scam! If its not a company you recognize, do not click on anything. I get so many emails saying I won a yeti cooler and an Iphone and other things I KNOW I didn't want or enter for! Be aware of scams!

I don't enter cigarette contests because I don't smoke either. But I DO enter alcohol ones LOL and that is not a good vice either. I rarely drink, but I've won many times from beer sponsored contests!!!

And I feel that those aren't really WINS....if you have to put $$ into getting an item, with the use of the gift card, its just a discount, not a win!! That's what I feel!

When I won a VISA card recently, the company (or its reps) sent me the activation code separately in an email!

I don't enter for trips or cars, because I don't have the ca$h for taxes and I don't want to leave my dog Toby behind! If its close by, I do check to see if a hotel is pet friendly before I enter! Or cash to use to rent a car!

I never thought of it as a "cash" win, but if I buy something with that card that I would anyway and then save the cash$ I would have spent, then that will work! I'm trying to save for my cremation fund (morbid but true)!

Finally received my mystery $100 gift card in the mail yesterday. It is for American Express and I won it in January! I like winning these kind of prizes, because you can use it for anything you want/need!
