Trouble with disappearing sweeps

I'm having trouble keeping my sweepstakes on my list. I enter first and they appear on my list. I am able to re-enter once or twice and then, they disappear from my list. I find them again and re-enter, then, they go away again. They are not expired so ??? Also, some of my sweeps are repeated on another page, ie, a sweep would be on page 1and then, again, on page 2 or 3. Can you tell me what's happening?

Have you logged out & cleared temp files & cookies to clean your cache lately?

a. ISP
b. Operating System
c. Web Browser and Version
d. Free Hard Disk Space

Thanks everyone...

I haven't found PLUS to offer anything different that plain sweeps so gave up using it at all. Disappointed...won't renew.

THANKS ALL...WILL STRUGGLE ALONG AS BEST I CAN.

PLUS offers superior TOOLS, not more sweeps - you have to be logged into PLUS to use them

Seeing double? You need to clear your temporary files and Remove All your expired my sweepstakes. Also, For SA/SP site issues Please use CONTACT US {link at bottom of home page} to submit a help ticket if this doesn't work.

Hi all...thanks so much for all your advice. I ended up having to uninstall Firefox...I kept getting "FORBIDDEN" notice on screen. With all due respect to everyone involved, I think Firefox is corrupted...due to all the problems I was having before that notice. I now have Chrome and I got my Dashlane extension on. All problems with disappearing contests, etc. have now been solved and I am good to go. Thanks again, beedyr
