  • Training in the gym - a good way to spread the "severity" of the body: shoulders load, ass, legs and head - to unload. Redistribution helps to cope with fatigue.

    However, this tool works on two conditions. The first - in a fun workout when you want to go on it. For me personally important novelty - quiet, monotonous and measured exercise do not help. I tried yoga, but no matter - it was deadly boring.
