charmin consolation coupon unusable

Used both of mine at Walmart. First one scanned. The second one a few days later needed an override, not sure why.
 
I used mine at my local grocery store (I think they are owned by Safeway). Both times worked fine. The manager had to come over, but that was it. I heard others had some issues, so I made sure to take the letter that they sent just in case there were questions. I would definitely contact the company. I agree the coupons do look funny!
