Quaker IW

You won a Cordless Hand Blender! ARV $79.99

Finally, a win on this one :D
I got the butcher block cutlery set. Same value. $10 to notarize the affidavit of eligibility. 3 emails later and it has shipped. FedEx has it in town today. A few months after I “won” . I consider it a $80 knife set with a $70 discount and I paid $10 to “win” . I understand the $600 tax cut off requirement for notarized paper work but not on anything less. Just something to consider before entering some of these contests

I’ve only had to have a prize notarized once and it was only valued at $200 so yeah not sure what the reasoning is behind that since it’s not over $600. I honestly think they do it hoping you don’t claim the prize 🤷🏻‍♀️

I've even had affies for $5 wins...I passed even tho getting something notarized is free at my local library and bank....the hassle is not worth it. I've never had to submit an affy for anything under $600 until the last couple of years.
