Last Thursday i was notified that i won the second tier Prize which is the $2000 but i am confused where to notarized the Affidavit of Eligibility if its in bank or court house? pls help... The prize that i won before was just notarized on the bank before but they won't let me do know it...

Is it on the bank or the courthouse? Three years ago i just went to the bank and let them notarized it without no hassles i guess this time its different because we have to go to a notary public now. Is it any notary public right?
