I'm Courtney, I'm almost 28. I live in the great state of North Carolina. I have heart failure and PAH (pulmonary arterial hypertension aka high blood pressure in my lungs) that causes me to be on oxygen 24/7. I'm facing yet another open heart surgery in the near future as well. I try to live life to the fullest despite my health issues and I truly am happy!
