Do companies eliminate entries from someone who has won in their previous contests?

When rules state "1 per person + share", can you enter the sweep without sharing? Same goes for when they state "enter, comment, share".

On the Sears Shop Your Way rewards.com local ads, the words are overlapped on the bottom of the entry form. I can't see the captcha code and the submit button can't be used. I reduced the text to small to no avail. Is there a way to correct this? TU!
