After all these years sweeping, I think this is my first win of meat, specifically a rack of lamb. Worth $130. Its like 5 lbs, or about $30 a pound. I feel bad spending like $40-$50 when I buy part (half?) of a rack... hoping really bad I don't overcook. Hope it is tasty....
