Seems a lot of good sweeps always exclude NY and FL, occasionally CA. Why? Is it because these states have more lawyers per people? Or.........?

Which site has the worst captcha? I know they are necessary but some sweeps drive me CRAZY. My nightmare is Go Hastings. The letters are blurry or smeared. There is no refresh button. It takes 5-7 tries to enter. Arrrgh!
