hi. when I go to a list of sweeps and click on my state to enter because its listed, under restrictions it lists my state. what gives ???

Hi there, Tried to find this on the forum but....Took a break from sweeping and now returning. I use Google Chrome and am a SA member. My problem is when I try to launch SweepsPop nothing happens. Worked fine before. Any thoughts ?
