Was just notified that I was a weekly winner in the Grizzly Customs Sweepstakes. The weird thing is that they won't tell you the prize until you've filled out your affidavit and submitted a W-9.

Has anyone else won something from them in the past? They say paperwork needs to be verified first in order to prevent fraud.

All weekly winner prizes are packages worth around 2k, so I'm excited. But would love to hear from someone who has dealt with them in the past, if they went through the same process. Weekly prizes listed below:

Congrats- I won a Kamado grill from Grizzly last year and the process was same as yours. The prize was not revealed until completion of paper work.
The grill was shipped by freight within three weeks.

I also was notified last night at 2200 hours that I won a prize in the Grizzly Customs Weekly Winner
I went through everything and looks legit
Now Trying to get the paperwork quickly notarized this week--Congratulations to you also!
I'm very excited that there is a 1 and 85 chance in winning the Custom Camaro and if not the other prizes look awesome
I have won from Grizzly in the past but did not need paperwork. I won a pair of $1500 customized boots from Marlboro sweepstakes and needed paperwork.
 
I was also notified that I was a weekly prize winner.Cant wait to see which prize I have won.Last week I won a $100fanatics gift card from Butterfinger and 2weeks ago I won a $100 virtual visa from black and mild.So I would encourage everyone to enter these sweeps as well.

It is on the up and up, they require info to reduce fraud. I got the same notice Friday and have already sent mine in.
 
Congratulations on your win!! I wasn't sure if they are still having a sweeps, and if they are how do I find it. I typed in Grizzly but nothing came up. Thanks and again congratulations!
