Here is a link that I figure if I interpreted it correctly it will mean far more wins for all of us sweepers concerning Facebook... I personally don't enter Facebook sweeps, and this made me so very happy it was like I had won a billion dollar prize lol (almost)...I'm going to clean up my facebook likes right now. SOUNDS TO ME like ''liking'' pages to see the sweepstakes is a thing of the past.

"You must not incentivize people to use social plugins or to like a Page. This includes offering rewards, or gating apps or app content based on whether or not a person has liked a Page. It remains acceptable to incentivize people to login to your app, checkin at a place or enter a promotion on your app's Page. To ensure quality connections and help businesses reach the people who matter to them, we want people to like Pages because they want to connect and hear from the business, not because of artificial incentives. We believe this update will benefit people and advertisers alike."
"In addition to the launch of API v2.1, today, we are announcing two changes to our Platform Policies. Developers should update their apps to comply with these policy changes by November 5, 2014 (90 days from today)."
