The problem with the search page not working appears to be related to the latest versions of firefox (12 and 13) . If you try search in internet explorer it should
work fine. We are going to try a code fix for the search pages by tomorrow morning.
We have also had reports about getting blank pages for sweepstakes comments. ( We are looking into this although we have not been able to reproduce this
problem )
OK, I tried the listed url's, no luck. Tried IE, can bring up the sweeps I am searching for, Bertolli.com/letscooksummersweepstakes, but when I hit the save it goes blank and it has not been saved in my daily or any other of my sweeps lists.
I use Safari (on a Mac) and I'm getting the blank pages from search, too. I've also seen blank pages on comment pages. (The temporary workaround works for searching for single words, but not for categories or dates.)
We are working on the fixing the search problem and hope to have it fixed by tomorrow. We've never supported Safari on the Mac. We only support Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome.
We'll have to re-test the problem you are experiencing in internet explorer and get back to you.
As far as we can tell this blank page search result problem really on exists in the latest versions of Firefox according to our tests.
As new versions of Firefox come out we do our best to test and then fix any bugs associated as quickly as possible. From what I have read
this latest version of Firefox has lots of sites not working like they used to.
Sorry for the inconvenience but we are confident we can get this working again.
Another temporary workaround for the blank page search problem is to simply insert your cursor after the url in the address bar of firefox
and hit enter on your keyword.
It does appear that the "save my sweepstakes" button has also been effected by the firefox upgrade. The auto save pop-up
window is still working correctly. Just let our pop-up window save your sweepstakes until this is also fixed.
Just an update, we've brought in some other developers who have been trying to figure this out for the past 8 hours. We've
also continued to escalate this with our hosting company. Often hosting companies make configuration changes without
properly notifying site owners. This can result in the problems that we are experiencing now.

That's not connected to the blank pages problem here, and in fact, your entries are going through. I spoke to the SimplyGluten people last week about the apparently bouncing messages. The original entry messages are reaching them, they say, but there's a system that was supposed to generate a duplicate and send it to another email address (I didn't press them on why). They say it's that second message that is often bouncing.
