Sweepsadvantage site going down

Lately your site has been going down at 5:30 PM and coming back up at 6:00 PM MST.
That's new to your site.
What's going on?

SA usually does site maintenance at 11pm {PST} - no posts from admin {Ken} on a change to that AFAIK, but I'll ask.

Hi Amy,
I think it's an issue with 3 sites (Sweepon, IntouchWeekly and WomansWorldMag) in the Creative section.
I've been doing the sweeps on those sites before I do the ones in the my Daily queue.
I think IE is staying in memory on my computer and is somehow preventing some sites (and sweepsadvantage if i refresh it) from loading.

I'll do some more experimenting

mspencer_80126 - so you think there is some conflict on your comp that prevents SA from loading?

Maybe it's your settings?

Do you sweep in IE, FF, or Chrome?

Popup blocker/adblock?

Do you run antivirus/anti-malware programs? ie: CCleaner, SpyWareBlaster, etc.

I use IE11 but have observed the same behaviour in Chrome.
It may be an issue with my modem, running diagnosis in Windows when it happened today, it told me to reboot my modem.

That was how I resolved this problem on an earlier date, and that resolved it again today.
So I'll be calling my internet provider in the near future

Ah, looks like SweepsPop & the new firewall is the issue here mspencer_80126 - try entering w/out using SweepsPop to test, ty!
