Win, but no prize. Anyone else have this problem? Advice?

I have been sweeping for years and have never had this problem until recently. In the past few months I won 2 different contests and have yet to receive my prize (way past when it was promised.) For one, I have a verification email (from September) that said I would receive my prize (a gift card), it states my address and says it will be mailed, but it never came. The other was an online instant win that I filled out online. I have emailed both companies and one was returned undeliverable, the other company never wrote back. Both are large companies. I feel really bad, but should I email them more than once or just chalk it up as a loss? One of the wins is quite nice (125 worth of bras) that I really wanted. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Maybe I'm just not being patient enough?
Thanks!

In all the years that I have been sweeping there have only been a couple of small prizes that I didn't receive. Yes, you should continue to contact the companys. I have had wins take over a year to get, but I did get them. Were the prizes handled by the sponsors or thru a fulfillment company? If you could provide more information, maybe we could help you with contact information.

One of the wins was warner bras (the spin-to-win contest). They are the ones I emailed from their regular website and the email was returned undeliverable. I saw that one other person left a message on their facebook site saying they never received their prize either, so I guess I'm not the only one. The other win was from the ebay fashion vault. Neither were using a fulfillment company--I wish they had! I've never had a problem with any of those companies. Thanks for reading :)

I have had the problem a couple of times. Paticence and persistance are always a good way to go. I give them time to answer me , If they dont I email or call again. Always being polite because it is actually a "gift" this has usually paid off . good luck hope you get your win soon

Whenever I have an issue with a promo, and I don't have an email address from previous correspondence, I look to see if they have a Facebook page - FB is awesome because you can post {nicely} to their wall and {usually} get a good resolution.

If the promo is/was through FB, I try to find their latest post that pertains to the promo & post under that. If there aren't any posts? I've found that just posting usually gets ignored/lost in the shuffle, so I post under their most recent post.

Even if the promo isn't/wasn't through FB, sponsors know their wall is public, so they tend to respond quicker than from contact us messages.
